-Please send us an email to purchase an animal. Please include your shipping address and zip code.-We currently only accept pay pal payments. We will soon be adding other payment options.- You may place a 7 day hold on an animal with a 20% non-refundable deposit or, 25% deposit for 14 days. Full payment must be made within this time period. We will hold an animal for 30 days with a full payment. All orders canceled after the deposit has been made will NOT be refunded. Full payments will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. We reserve the right to hold a gecko as long as needed.- Payment plans can be arranged on a case by case basis. Please contact us for details.- As soon as your payment has cleared, we will contact you to arrange a date to ship your animal(s).
Shipping.- We ship anywhere within the lower 48 states for a flat rate of $39. - Do you hate shipping as much as we do? ALL orders over $250 receive FREE shipping. Orders $150-$249 receive 50% off shipping price. Orders under $150 are subject to our $39 flat rate shipping fee.- Heat or, cool packs will be used as needed based on weather/temperatures.-Shipping is nonrefundable under any circumstances!
Guarantee.
- All Reptiles are guaranteed to be 100% healthy and eating before shipping.
- If in the rare and unfortunate event an animal is DOA (dead on arrival), we must be contacted within the hour of delivery, by email with pictures. We may, at our choosing, refund or replace the animal.
- If we are not contacted within the hour and your animal is DOA all guarantees are void.
- If we are not contacted within the hour after delivery, we must assume your animal(s) arrived safe and alive.
- We
have no guarantee after the first 36 hours after delivery.
- Guarantee is
VOID if weather temperatures are below 40 or above 90 degrees F.
